Our Power Week sports camps are designed for athletes to jump in, build skills, and make meaningful progress—all in a high-energy, supportive environment.
Each week focuses on a specific sport, allowing campers to fully immerse themselves while developing both fundamentals and game play. Through a mix of skill-building drills, friendly competition, and team-based activities, campers grow their confidence, coordination, and love of the game.
Whether joining for one week or all three, each experience stands on its own while also complementing the others—giving campers a well-rounded summer of growth, play, and connection.

Yes, we do play many of our sports outside. We try to keep most of our outside games in the morning when temperatures are cooler. We also have frequent mandatory water breaks and inside breaks throughout the day.
Our three focus sports are basketball, soccer, and flag football. We work on those fundamentals and compete in those sports in the mornings depending on the week. In the afternoon we play a variety of recreational games such as kickball, whiffle ball floor hockey, and dodgeball.
No, swimming is optional. However, the entire camp will be at the pool during free swim. If your child is not a strong swimmer they can stay in the shallow end. All swimmers will be watched closely by lifeguards and counselors. If they choose not to swim they can hang out on the pool deck.
Campers should wear athletic shorts, a t-shirt or tank top and tennis shoes or high tops. Please make sure to apply sunscreen before coming to camp and we will make sure your child re-applies it during the day. A swimsuit, towel, and sandals are recommended even if your child says they will not swim. Also, a change of clothes is a good idea in case they sweat through their first outfit.
