Camp gives kids opportunities to grow and learn – our CIT experience takes it even further! CITs gain leadership skills and more that prepare them to not just work at our camps but to learn and practice life skills that will guide them throughout their life.

Working with children is fun – it is the best job ever. Yet it is also challenging and humbling. Our CIT program is a combination of time working with children plus learning the skills necessary to be a camp counselor including:
Child Development & skills for relationship building with campers
Creating Programs & special projects
Safety training, emergency responses, first aid/cpr training & more
Leadership Experiences
Opportunities for mentorship with experienced staff
Leadership Experiences
Trips with the campers and special opportunities just for our CITs.
Overnight/Late Nights with the camps plus time just with fellow CITs.
